• We avoid having foreigners plant churches. Instead, we seek to prepare local people for that process.
• We work against the development of dependency. We promote ministries that can support themselves within a country and local economic development to assist to this end.
• We seek to educate leaders within their country rather than bringing them to another country. This makes their education more immediately applicable.
• We try to help each nation develop their own biblical culture rather than exporting our culture to them.
